Welcome to Charco, a place where we serve you black bread! Our famous black bread is one of the signature dish called Charco Bread. The vital ingredient in Charco Bread is bamboo charcoal which has its renown benefits such as eliminating toxin out from the food and many more. As we, at Charco strive to serve you only the purest, finest and freshest food, we don’t do Convenience Food and we practice Made In-House as much as possible.

NO CONVENIENCE FOOD
In another word, no processed food is used in any of our dishes. Soup, bread, pasta and many more are made from its basic ingredients; flour. There is no processed food used because we strongly believe in freshly made food as the best way to retain all its nutrition.

MADE IN-HOUSE
Most sauces, marinades or paste which could be found over-the shelf in supermarkets, may be found here too but with a twist. Ours are made in-house by our chefs in our very own restaurant kitchen. We want our customers to have the best from the food they consume here at Charco, that’s why we do our best to produce the freshest food for your minus the preservatives, flavour and colour enhancer.
