I went to eat at a new restaurant in Klang the other day, where the chef was known for his Ginger and Asam cooked Garoupa fish head dishes. However, because he had so many tables out and his chefs were new, it took 45 minutes for our food to come!
Ok, so the food was good… But would you wait that long or would you have left already?

If i’m hungry and on the verge of fainting, i’ll prolly leave and run to the nearest mc dees. But if the food is good, I guess its worth the wait. The sad part is when after waiting your food it doesn’t live up to your expectations.Its the risk we have to take..hehe
