T-Not Sarawak Laksa

One of the must-tries when you are in Kuching is Sarawak Laksa. Every time I make a trip to Kuching, Laksa (and Kolo Mee) is on the menu for breakfast. Having tried some of the Sarawak Laksa in Kuala Lumpur makes me miss the authentic, real taste that you can only get here. Even in Kuching, the Laksa is different from shop to shop. This one is refreshingly different. From the outlook, you would not be able to tell if it was a house or a shop selling Laksa. If it was your first time there, you probably would have to have someone local take you there (or find it by the amount of cars parked outside).

As for the Laksa, the difference with the other shops is the noodles that are used, which are thinner compared to other shops (soaks up the soup to make it extra tasty!). On top of that, the thin strips of fried egg are delicious (wonder how they get it so thin).

Looking forward to my next trip already!
