Looking for a delicious plate of Wat Tan Hor Fun in Imbi? Well, look no further. Soo Kee’s son (Meng Chuan) has been cooking up some delicious noodles for many years. This restaurant is not as crowded as it’s counterpart across the road, however, I do find that it is rather clean, the service is prompt and the staff are friendlier.

For starters, we always try to be healthy with a side of stir fried vegetables. However, it is then followed by juicy pork ribs engulfed and dripping in a thick plum sauce.

They are also quite generous with the serving portions so be prepared to come with an empty stomach. The egg sauce is smooth and is mixed with strips of pork, squid, prawns and vegetables. I always find that a meal like this goes down well with a nice hot cup of tea.

The beef here is very tender and with the complimenting slices of ginger mixed in the stir-fry, the noodles have a very smooth texture that glide through your mouth.The noodles are also garnished with spring onions which add colour and flavour to the dish.
