Restoran Imbi Palace – Dim Sum

Restoran Imbi Palace

Restoran Imbi Palace

Restoran Imbi Palace serves authentic Hong Kong style Dim Sum. This makes a good place for brunch on the weekends where it is usually quite crowded. Overall, the food standards do not disappoint. At the table, you are also provided with an appetizer dish of spicy ikan bilis (anchovies) which you can munch on before ordering. Here, you order the food which is listed on a sheet of paper. For other dishes that are not listed on this menu, you would have to ask the waiter/waitress whether it is available.

There are a few varieties of porridge available which include Sliced Fish with Dried Oyster Porridge, Sliced Pork with Century Egg Porridge and Fresh Frog Porridge. The Yao Zha Gwai (Chinese Doughnuts) are placed on top of the porridge so that they remain crunchy until you decide to mix it in.
