Restoran Imbi Palace serves authentic Hong Kong style Dim Sum. This makes a good place for brunch on the weekends where it is usually quite crowded. Overall, the food standards do not disappoint. At the table, you are also provided with an appetizer dish of spicy ikan bilis (anchovies) which you can munch on before ordering. Here, you order the food which is listed on a sheet of paper. For other dishes that are not listed on this menu, you would have to ask the waiter/waitress whether it is available.
There are a few varieties of porridge available which include Sliced Fish with Dried Oyster Porridge, Sliced Pork with Century Egg Porridge and Fresh Frog Porridge. The Yao Zha Gwai (Chinese Doughnuts) are placed on top of the porridge so that they remain crunchy until you decide to mix it in.

Porridge
The fish paste balls are accompanied with a mixture of sweet and chilli sauce. Here are some of the typical dim sum items. Along with these, you also have other favourites available like Siu Mai and Har Gau.

Carrot Cake and Chinese Sausage (fried)
This is always a favourite to have, steamed Char Siew Baos.
The Chee Cheong Fan was only average and serving it on a big plate made the cheong fan look very small.
Some of the other dishes included:

Shanghai Xing Loong Bao

Spiced Beef Shank

Roast Pork Beancurd Roll
We also managed to try their Cantonese Fried Noodles was sprinkled with spring onions and included a lot of fresh seafood such as scallops, sotong (squid), prawns and fish.
Desserts are also served.
