Share the spirit of Ramadhan and enjoy a sumptous buffet spread of traditional Ramadhan delights at Cinnamon Coffee House located on the Concourse Level of One World Hotel Petaling Jaya. This year, Malay Chef Zaliha bt Asmael will be presenting Ramadhan delights from the 13 states in Malaysia.
8 rotation menus featuring home-recipes such as asam pedas tumis darat ikan tenggiri, kambing masak kurma jawi, sotong goreng kunyit lada hitam, paru-paru goreng berlada, masak lemak tempoyak ikan keli, ketam goreng berempah, burung puyuh goreng berlada, baked green mussel with lemon and cheese, siput sedut masak lemak cili padi, nazik chicken kebab, kupang masak minang, daging tetel asam pedas, ketam masak kari, rendang tok, udang sambal petai asli and lots more will be served daily.
Indulge in nasi kandar, pulut kuning berlauk, ayam pansuh, nasi kerabu berlauk, nasi dagang, nasi briyani gam Johor dengan daging kawah, pulut serawa durian dan pulut manga and nasi ulam available on rotation at the chef’s daily specialty counter .
The New Zealand whole lamb with briyani rice and a variety of sauces available daily at the carving stall is not-to-be-missed!
Watch the chef’s in action as they prepare a variety of traditional Malay kuih such as Apam Balik, Chempedak Goreng, Pisang Goreng, and Sukun at the interactive kitchen.
Apart from traditional Malay cuisine, a delightful mix of Chinese, Japanese, and Western favourites will be featured. A specially packed Malaysian delicacy, dodol will be given away to all patrons.
Don’t forget to stop by at the teh tarik stall to get yourself a fresh glass of teh tarik, or the desserts corner where a 5 tier chocolate fountain awaits.
After dinner, feast your eyes on batik painting demonstrations held at the concourse area and pick up a piece or two of authentic batik cloth as gifts for your friends and family.
