The Grand Annual Latin American Fiesta 2009 at the Qba Courtyard
A short while back, at the Qba courtyard in the Westin Kuala Lumpur, The Grand Annual Latin American Fiesta was held.
Just some of the countries. Can you name them?
It was a packed event as you would expect with different nationalities enjoying the ambience, food and all-round fun.

Each of the countries had their own little stalls selling lots of goodies too:
Cuba!
Argentina!
Uruguay!
Peru also had lots of goodies too:

The Pisco Sour had an interesting concoction and taste. The sweet alcohol was topped off with egg white and cinnamon powder.

Brazil also had a big pot of a mixed stew to share with the crowd:

They also had Guarana drinks available. Guarana is native to the Amazon basin and is commonly found in Brazil. It’s an energy booster drink packing in twice the amount of caffeine compared to coffee beans.

After all that food, there was lots of dancing and prizes given away:
