Demsi: RECIPE chat... like we are some cooking masters, haha... but yeah definately we should have a recipe chat one day.

Jason: yup you definately can, but just be careful not to put too much in or it will make the salad too sour. Unless you like that of course, then put as much as you want... haha.

We have to improvise if we don't have salad spinner ... Yeah should buy one day ...heheheh ...

Yeah your recipe it's also another simple vinaigrette. you can add extra kick by putting some lemon juice and zest to give it an extra kick

We must sit one day to have a RECIPE chat =)

Xin: glad you liked it =)

Pink P.: Give it a try and let me know if you like it or not, it's a very simple recipe, maybe a little too simple for some people's taste buds...

Demsi: A Vinaigrette is really simple to make, Dijon mustard to taste, 1 part balsamic vinegar/red wine vinegar to 3 parts olive oil, then add salt and pepper to taste and mix.

Wah, BLOW DRY ur salad? haha that's the first time I've ever heard of that method before... I think I'll go buy a salad spinner one day instead.

Very nice, simple and straight forward recipe ...

For me SOMEHOW a salad won't work without salad dressing (vinaigrette - dunno spelled correctly or not =)). There are HUNDRED types of vinaigrette and with that dijon mustard sitting up there, man i would have made a Honey mustard Vin. dress it with the salad

btw usually after washing, just take a blow dryer and blow dry your veg. yeah i know it's a bit extreme =) i just don't really like WET salad
