One of our favourite pork noodle places is in Brickfields, at this kopitiam. The pork noodles is called Peter’s pork noodles and is a family owned stall. We just love coming here because there’s no queue and the food arrives pretty fast. And of course most important of all is that the pork noodles is down perfectly everytime we have it. Not only does it come with poach egg, mince pork, vegetables, liver they also throw in some pretty generous or rather sizeable serve of ‘Ju yau ja’ aka deep fried pork lard. MMMmmmmm.
