Another quick simple meal to prepare, ‘Parmesan Crusted Fish Pie’. Another alternative to the usual plain fish and chips. Ingredients 1/4 cup milk 2 teaspoons salt 6 dory fish fillets (Or any other fish fillets) 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Olive Oil Recipe 1. Father’s Day dinner at home!

This year we decided to stay in for father's day and cooked up a storm. For starters we had a mixed salad of lettuce, capsicum, avocado, and tomatoes in an asian salad dressing and a hearty pumpkin soup. The salad had a tangy taste to it and was well complimented with the softness of the avocado and crunch of the capsicum.  It took quite an effort to get the soup ready as we had to first roast the pumpkin, then slow cook and blend it. Famous Rojak Stall in Subang Jaya SS 15

This is the well-known rojak stall in SS 15 and adds to the flavours of road side eating in Malaysia. Be prepared to stand in line as the queues can get rather long. This makes for a good mid day snack and it seems that there are a lot of other people who have the same idea. Here is the man, hard at work, slicing and dicing cucumbers and what not. Baked Fish Pie Recipe

Recently we had a seafood cook out at Steve’s place and the recipe I made was ‘Baked Fish Pie’. I actually found this recipe while surfing Jamie Oliver’s website and decided to do this because it was just soooo easy. I modified it abit on my own, since not all the ingredients are available.
