This nyonya shop is still relatively new, opened a few months ago at Plaza Glomac. Long Table was established by a family where they wanted to preserve the typical nyonya style cooking of Penang. This recipe is actually a modification of Jamie Oliver's lemon linguine recipe. We added some tuna, olives and cherry tomatoes to it which gave it more flavour.
